By accessing or using JerseyGarage ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Eligibility
To use JerseyGarage, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Be a resident of India or an eligible shipping destination
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
JerseyGarage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via Razorpay, including UPI, cards, and net banking
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for eligible orders
- JerseyGarage Wallet can be used to pay for orders
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location (typically 5–10 business days across India).
- Shipping charges may apply based on order value and location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier
Returns & Refunds
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised through your account dashboard
- Refunds are processed to your JerseyGarage Wallet or original payment method
- Custom or personalized jerseys are non-returnable unless defective
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Product Information
We strive to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
Sizing charts are provided as a guide. We recommend checking them before ordering as we cannot guarantee fit preferences.
Intellectual Property
All content on JerseyGarage — including logos, images, product designs, and text — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Team logos, club badges, and official marks remain the property of their respective owners. Our use is for identification purposes only.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell products purchased from us without authorization
- Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in reviews or messages
Limitation of Liability
JerseyGarage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of JerseyGarage after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
